Data protection
Documents, extracted text and reports may contain confidential information. The procedures link their use to purposes, responsibilities and client instructions, and cover retention, data requests and service exit.
Context · Our approach
A shared method, tailored to your context.
Context is a Niltech Europe S.r.l. product for analysing document bundles in claims and disputes. Our approach to security, data protection and responsible use of artificial intelligence sits within the Niltech procedural framework, taking account of the documents processed and the professional context of the service.
Explore our approachFrom documents to decisions
Responsibilities, processes and technical choices accompany the case file, from collecting documents to reading and reviewing the report.
Documents, extracted text and reports may contain confidential information. The procedures link their use to purposes, responsibilities and client instructions, and cover retention, data requests and service exit.
Access to cases, documents and reports is subject to authentication and role-based authorisation. The security framework covers configuration and access reviews, taking account of operator and administrator responsibilities.
Context supports document classification, analysis and case-file synthesis. Results must be checked against the sources: professional assessments and decisions remain with the responsible people, who can correct the reports.
The procedures cover software changes from impact assessment to checks before release. For Context, this includes document workflows, processing and report viewing, alongside external components and vulnerabilities.
Infrastructure and AI services are considered in relation to the features actually used. The company framework provides for assessing suppliers, data access, agreements and transfers relevant to the service.
The procedures organise reporting, incident response, backup and recovery, considering original documents, case data and processing results. Priorities and recovery objectives are defined in relation to the service and client agreements.
A shared company framework, applied to the documents, features and conditions of the Context service.
Finding your way
How this approach relates to working with your case files.
The operator starts the analysis and checks the results against the documents in the case file. Reports can be corrected during review. AI supports case preparation: it does not replace professional judgement or determine the outcome of a case.
Locations, data flows and retention criteria depend on the Context configuration, the suppliers involved and the service relationship. Both uploaded documents and extracted text and processing results need to be considered, with reference to the relevant data-processing documentation.
The process starts with the actual use of Context: which case files are analysed, for what purposes, by whom and with what responsibilities. Relevant requirements are connected to the technical, organisational and contractual activities of the service.
The reference is the Niltech procedural framework. Its application depends on enabled features, infrastructure, the data in case files and client agreements. Operational information therefore relates to the service actually used.
